Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is an amazing and powerful system of bodywork and fusion of traditional and modern techniques.
The philosophy of AYM is based on the idea that stagnant energy is one of the causes of disease.
The goal of this treatment is to help the client release the stored tension, emotions, stress and to open the natural, unobstructed energy flow through the body getting it back into harmony, balance and structural alignment.
The use of synchronized diaphragmic breathing is a powerful part of this system of bodywork. As the diaphragm relaxes during the exhalation, the bodily defences drop, allowing the release of large amounts of stress and tension.
Stretches are performed up to the client individual limit, in conjunction with coached rhythmic breathing of the client.
The breath work allows the stretches to flow and move deep into the body during the client exhalation.
The Yoga based assisted movements work to unlock the muscles and tendons along the spine, from lower back to neck & shoulders, where most people hold their stress.
The massage is done on the skin with neutral oils suitable for any body type and on the floor.
This is a energetic chakra based system designed to open and regulate the flow of energy through the chakra centers and channels.
A full session usually lasts 2 hours

Deva is a Jhorei practitioner/Reiki since 6 years old.
He becomes a Yoga practitioner at age of 18 and teacher at 20 graduated by Suddha Dharma Mandalam where he also started his learning about Ayurveda.
He met his Bhakti Yoga Guru, Srila Govinda Marahaj in India in 2005 and then moved to England where teaching Yoga Classes until he started in 2009 to offer his services on AYM.
